How credits, renewals, cancellations and payments work on every plan.
Each image to CAD conversion uses credits, and the cost is shown before you start. A high-quality redraw costs more than a standard one, and DXF, SVG and PDF downloads use no credits. Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period they were granted for, so unused credits don't roll over. Credits from a credit pack stay valid for 365 days after purchase.
If a conversion fails, with an error or no result, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. A conversion that finishes but isn't what you hoped for is not refunded automatically; if a result is clearly broken, email support and we will look into it.
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account settings whenever you like. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the current billing period; after that it doesn't renew and you aren't charged again. The unused part of a period you have paid for is not refunded, and our Terms of Service explain when a refund applies.
Monthly is billed every month and is the easiest to stop after a short project. Yearly is billed once a year and costs at least 20% less than twelve monthly payments. It also gives you more credits per month than the monthly plan of the same tier. The whole year's credits are added at checkout and expire when the billing year ends. Choose yearly for steady, regular work and monthly for a one-off project.
A credit pack is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription and nothing renews. Its credits last 365 days. A subscription adds new credits every billing period and renews until you cancel. Each credit costs less on a subscription than in a pack of the same tier. Packs suit occasional projects; a subscription suits regular work.
You pay on our payment provider's secure checkout page, and cards are processed by Stripe. After you pick a plan, you see the payment methods available for it. Where Alipay or WeChat Pay is offered, it charges once for the period you pick and doesn't renew automatically. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout where required.
